The other thing is that those people who are not coming by their own vehicle and taking a taxi are many times fooled by the taxi drivers and the taxi drivers tell an inflated fare and keep the margin with them. This thing has also been reported and then there are a few cases of people creating fake links to fake properties and when the customer made the payment the numbers went off.
